Barnett Waddingham welcomes HR strategy specialist to lead new Workplace Consultancy team
We’re delighted to welcome Peter Meyler to lead our new Workplace Consultancy team. An expert in HR strategy, Peter’s wealth of experience strengthens the existing award-winning Workplace Health and Wealth (WHW) team.
Peter joins us as the Head of Workplace Consultancy after seven years at John Lewis Partnership, where he led on HR metrics, analysis and insight and strategy development.
Peter’s forward-thinking team, which will focus on workforce structure, will include experts in employee wellbeing strategies and people analytics. Peter will be supported by the existing specialists within WHW, who already provide DC and risk consultancy to some of the largest UK corporates.
Previously the Head of Employee Research at both Ipsos MORI and ORC International, Peter has a wealth of experience in the industry and has worked with a number of blue chip organisations. The skills and knowledge he has attained in these roles include human capital management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion.
